We're hiring an Accountant to join a dynamic and high-performing team that manages the day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity and ensures smooth financial operations. This hands-on role involves recording/reporting accounting transactions and managing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accounts for the Italian entity, operating onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers and recording journal entries to ensure accurate R2R delivery. - Perform reconciliation and closing of various accounts like AP/AR, inventory, and intercompany transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies for financial record keeping. - Assist in statutory/non-statutory Financial Statement preparation, perform IFRS 16 accounting, and process bank transactions and asset accounting for financial integrity.
- 3+ years experience in accounting within a dynamic multinational environment, managing day-to-day financial operations. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with experience in ERP systems and general ledger systems and procedures. - Strong data analytics skills to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies in financial data and reports.
