We're hiring an Accountant to join a dynamic and high-performing team, managing daily accounting activities for the Italian entity and ensuring smooth financial operations. This hands-on role significantly impacts financial accuracy by recording transactions, managing accounts, and performing reconciliations to support critical financial processes. Key Responsibilities: - Support period-end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers, recording entries, and reconciling accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Perform comprehensive reconciliations for accounts payable, receivable, inventory, and intercompany transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity. - Assist in statutory and non-statutory Financial Statement preparation and IFRS 16 accounting, completing data uploads to consolidation tools for compliance.
- 3+ years experience in accounting within dynamic multinational environments, managing day-to-day financial operations and supporting period-end processes. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with a strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS guidelines for accurate financial reporting and compliance. - Possess strong analytical skills to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies in financial data, ensuring accuracy and integrity of records.
