We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity and ensure accurate financial record-keeping across various accounts. This hands-on role significantly impacts financial reporting and reconciliation, operating within a dynamic team at the company's Italian operations. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers, recording entries, and reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger accounts. - Perform comprehensive reconciliation and closing of diverse accounts, including payables, receivables, inventory, intercompany, and maintaining financial records. - Complete period data uploads from ERP to the consolidation tool, process bank transactions, reconcile statements, and manage asset accounting with journal entries.
- 3+ years experience in a dynamic multinational environment, demonstrating proven capability in accounting operations and financial management. - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant finance experience, coupled with awareness of GAAP and IFRS guidelines for accurate reporting. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, possessing strong data analytics skills to identify, research, and resolve complex discrepancies.
