We're hiring an Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity, integrating seamlessly within a dynamic and high-performing team. This hands-on role significantly impacts financial accuracy by overseeing transaction reporting, P&L/Balance Sheet management, and period-end reconciliations, working onsite in Italy. Key Responsibilities: - Support period-end close processes by executing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers and reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger balances, ensuring timely R2R delivery. - Perform thorough reconciliation and closing of diverse accounts, including AP, AR, inventory, and intercompany transactions, to maintain accurate financial record-keeping. - Assist in the preparation of statutory and non-statutory Financial Statements and execute IFRS 16 accounting to ensure compliance and financial integrity.
- Possess 3+ years of proven experience in a dynamic multinational environment, managing complex accounting operations and financial reporting. - Demonstrate awareness of GAAP and IFRS guidelines, proficiently using MS Excel/Word for financial analysis and reporting tasks. - Apply strong analytical skills to identify, research, and resolve financial discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and informed decision-making.
