We're hiring an Accountant to manage daily accounting activities for our Italian entity, ensuring financial accuracy across various operational teams. This role significantly impacts financial accuracy by managing transactions, accounts, and reconciliations for the Italian entity's operations. Key Responsibilities: - Execute period-end closing procedures in sub-ledgers, accurately recording journal entries and reconciling sub-ledger balances to the general ledger, ensuring R2R delivery and financial integrity. - Reconcile diverse accounts such as AP, AR, inventory, and intercompany transactions, diligently identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records. - Prepare accurate IFRS 16 accounting entries and support the compilation of statutory and non-statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
- Possess 3+ years of proven experience in accounting within a dynamic multinational environment, managing complex financial operations and contributing to global teams. - Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS guidelines, and experience with ERP systems for financial data management. - Apply strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and resolve complex discrepancies, contributing to accurate and insightful reporting.
