We're hiring an Accountant to manage daily accounting activities for the Italian entity, supporting the dynamic and high-performing finance team. This hands-on role impacts financial accuracy by overseeing transactions and reconciliations, ensuring robust financial operations from our office. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by executing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers, accurately recording entries, and reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger accounts. - Perform reconciliation and closing of various accounts including payable, receivable, inventory, and intercompany transactions, ensuring overall financial record keeping accuracy. - Complete period data upload from ERP to consolidation tool, perform bank transaction processing, including asset accounting, and prepaid expense netting activities.
- 3+ years of proven experience in accounting within a dynamic multinational environment, demonstrating expertise in managing financial operations. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with a strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS guidelines and experience with applicable GL systems. - Possess strong data analytics skills to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies, contributing to accurate financial reporting and integrity.
