We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity and contribute to a dynamic, high-performing team. The role involves recording/reporting accounting transactions, managing Profit & Loss, reconciling balances, and performing crucial period-end activities. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes; ensuring R2R delivery by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers, recording entries, and reconciling balances effectively. - Perform reconciliation and closing of various accounts like AP, AR, inventory, intercompany transactions, maintaining accurate financial record-keeping standards. - Assist in statutory/non-statutory Financial Statement preparation, perform IFRS 16 accounting, and complete period data upload from ERP to consolidation tool.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a dynamic multinational environment, handling day-to-day accounting activities and period-end close processes effectively. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and related data flow. - Strong analytical skills for identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliations.
