We're hiring an Accountant to manage daily accounting for the Italian entity, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting broader organizational processes. This role creates significant impact by ensuring financial accuracy and compliance for the Italian entity, operating onsite within a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: - Execute period-end close procedures, precisely performing sub-ledger cut-offs and reconciling balances to the general ledger, ensuring timely and accurate R2R delivery. - Reconcile diverse accounts including AP, AR, and intercompany transactions, diligently researching and resolving discrepancies to maintain robust financial records. - Prepare statutory and non-statutory financial statements, accurately apply IFRS 16 accounting, and upload ERP data to the consolidation tool for reporting.
- Possess 3+ years of proven experience in accounting within a dynamic multinational environment, managing complex financial operations effectively. - Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with a solid understanding of GAAP and IFRS guidelines applicable to general ledger systems. - Utilize strong data analytics skills to identify, research, and effectively resolve discrepancies, contributing to accurate financial data and reporting.
