We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity, working as part of a dynamic and high-performing team. This hands-on role significantly impacts financial reporting and operations within the Italian entity by ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes, ensuring R2R delivery by performing cut-off procedures and reconciling sub-ledgers, resulting in accurate financial records. - Perform reconciliation and closing of various accounts including accounts payable, receivable, inventory, and intercompany transactions to maintain financial integrity. - Process bank transactions and statements, perform asset accounting, and manage netting of prepaid expenses to ensure comprehensive financial management.
- 3+ years experience in multinational accounting environments, managing diverse financial transactions and reporting. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with experience in applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and ERP. - Strong data analytics skills to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
