We're hiring an Accountant to manage daily accounting for the Italian entity, ensuring smooth financial operations and contributing across teams. This hands-on role involves recording transactions, managing P&L/Balance Sheet accounts, and reconciling balances, creating impact within our financial operations. Key Responsibilities: - Perform period-end close activities, executing cut-off procedures and recording sub-ledger entries, reconciling accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Reconcile and close accounts (AP, AR, inventory, intercompany), identifying and resolving discrepancies to uphold financial data integrity and reporting accuracy. - Support financial statement preparation, execute IFRS 16 accounting, and upload ERP data to consolidation tools, ensuring compliance and reporting accuracy.
- 3+ years experience in accounting within a dynamic multinational environment, managing complex financial operations and ensuring process efficiency. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; strong awareness of GAAP and IFRS guidelines for accurate financial reporting and system procedures. - Strong data analytics skills for identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies in financial records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
