We're hiring an Accountant to manage daily accounting for our Italian entity, fitting within a dynamic team to ensure operational finance excellence. This hands-on role ensures accurate financial reporting and reconciliation, creating significant impact for JET's Italian operations onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Streamline period-end close by performing cut-off procedures, recording sub-ledger entries, and reconciling accounts to ensure accurate R2R delivery and financial integrity. - Reconcile diverse accounts including AP, AR, inventory, and intercompany transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain precise financial records and compliance. - Execute IFRS 16 accounting and support intercompany and consolidation processes, contributing to the timely preparation of statutory and non-statutory financial statements.
- 3+ years experience in a dynamic multinational environment, managing day-to-day accounting activities and financial reporting for corporate entities. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with practical experience in applicable AP/GL systems and adherence to GAAP/IFRS guidelines. - Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies, contributing to accurate financial data and supporting team objectives effectively.
