We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity, integrating financial operations across various internal teams. This hands-on role significantly impacts financial accuracy and compliance for the Italian entity, performed onsite to ensure robust operational oversight. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers and reconciling balances to general ledger, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. - Perform detailed reconciliation and closing of accounts including AP/AR, inventory, and intercompany transactions using ERP systems, resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity. - Assist in statutory and non-statutory Financial Statement preparation, execute IFRS 16 accounting, and manage asset accounting, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and precise financial records.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a dynamic multinational environment applying accounting principles. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with experience in applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and ERP. - Strong data analytics skills, demonstrating ability to identify and resolve complex financial discrepancies efficiently and accurately.
