We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity, supporting a dynamic and high-performing team in their financial operations. This hands-on role will impact financial record-keeping and reporting, with responsibilities for the Italian entity, likely in an onsite work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers and recording journal entries to ensure accurate R2R delivery. - Reconcile and close various accounts including accounts payable, receivable, and intercompany transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy. - Perform asset accounting, bank transaction processing, and bank statement reconciliation, completing period data upload to the consolidation tool for financial reporting.
- 3+ years experience in a dynamic multinational environment focusing on day-to-day accounting activities. - Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word, with awareness of GAAP and IFRS guidelines and applicable GL systems. - Strong data analytics skill set for identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies in financial data.
