We're hiring an Accountant to manage daily accounting for the Italian entity, integrating into a dynamic and high-performing team effectively. This role creates impact by ensuring accurate financial reporting for the Italian entity, working onsite within a supportive and collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures, recording sub-ledger entries, and reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements. - Perform reconciliation and closing of accounts including accounts payable, receivable, inventory, and intercompany transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity. - Assist in statutory and non-statutory Financial Statement preparation and perform IFRS 16 accounting, completing period data upload from ERP to consolidation tool for compliance.
- Possess 3+ years of proven experience in a dynamic multinational environment, managing daily accounting activities and supporting financial operations effectively. - Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, combined with a strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS guidelines, and general ledger systems. - Utilize strong data analytics skills for identifying and resolving discrepancies, supported by a bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant finance.
