Job description

We're hiring an Accountant to manage daily accounting for the Italian entity, supporting a dynamic and high-performing financial team. This hands-on role will ensure financial accuracy and compliance in Italy, working onsite to impact overall financial operations. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure R2R delivery by performing period-end cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers, recording entries, and reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger balances for financial accuracy. - Perform reconciliation/closing of accounts like AP/AR, inventory, and intercompany transactions, identifying/resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity. - Assist in statutory/non-statutory Financial Statement preparation and IFRS 16 accounting, completing period data uploads to consolidation tool for compliance.

- Possess 3+ years of proven experience in a dynamic multinational environment, actively managing accounting activities and financial reporting. - Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with awareness of GAAP/IFRS guidelines and applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems. - Exhibit strong data analytics skills for identifying and resolving discrepancies, coupled with good knowledge of English for effective communication.
