We're hiring an Accountant to join a dynamic and high-performing team, managing day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity and ensuring financial accuracy across operations. This hands-on role significantly impacts financial reporting and compliance, operating within the Italian entity to maintain robust financial health. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers, recording journal entries, and reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances. - Perform reconciliation and closing of various accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, inventory, and intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate financial record keeping. - Assist in statutory and non-statutory Financial Statement preparation and perform IFRS 16 accounting, ensuring compliance and timely data upload to consolidation tools.
- 3+ years experience in a dynamic multinational environment, demonstrating proven ability to manage complex accounting activities and financial reporting. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with awareness of GAAP and IFRS guidelines, and knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems. - Strong data analytics skill set, enabling identification, research, and resolution of discrepancies in financial data and processes.
