We're hiring an Accountant to join a dynamic and high-performing team that manages the day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity. This hands-on role impacts financial accuracy by recording transactions and managing accounts, reconciling balances, and performing period-end activities, likely onsite in Italy. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure R2R delivery by performing period-end cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers, recording entries, and reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger accounts. - Perform reconciliation and closing of various accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, inventory, and intercompany transactions. - Support intercompany accounting and consolidation processes, assist in statutory and non-statutory financial statement preparation and IFRS 16 accounting.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a dynamic multinational environment managing daily accounting activities. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with awareness of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures. - Strong data analytics skills for identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
