We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity, ensuring precise financial record-keeping across various accounts. This hands-on role significantly impacts financial reporting by overseeing transactions, performing reconciliations, and supporting period-end processes within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage period-end close processes by ensuring R2R delivery and performing cut-off procedures to accurately reflect financial performance. - Perform comprehensive reconciliation and closing of diverse accounts, including AP, AR, and intercompany, to maintain ledger integrity and accuracy. - Process all bank transactions and meticulously reconcile bank statements using ERP systems to ensure precise financial data alignment.
- 3+ years experience in multinational accounting, managing complex financial transactions and period-end close processes. - Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word, utilizing applicable AP/GL systems for efficient financial data management and reporting. - Exhibit strong analytical skills to identify, research, and resolve financial discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across ledgers.
