We're hiring an Accountant to join a dynamic team, managing day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity, focusing on financial transactions. This hands-on role creates impact by managing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accounts, reconciling balances, and performing period-end activities. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers, recording entries, and reconciling accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Perform reconciliations of accounts like accounts payable, receivable, inventory, and intercompany transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity. - Assist in statutory and non-statutory Financial Statement preparation and perform IFRS 16 accounting to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
- 3+ years experience in accounting within a dynamic multinational environment, managing day-to-day financial activities and reporting processes. - Proficiently use MS Excel and MS Word, with practical knowledge of applicable general ledger systems, accounting procedures, and related data flow. - Apply strong data analytics skills to identify, research, and resolve financial discrepancies, ensuring accuracy in all financial record keeping and statements.
