We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting for our Italian entity, contributing to a dynamic and high-performing team. This hands-on role significantly impacts financial accuracy, supporting robust reporting and reconciliation processes within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers and recording journal entries to ensure accurate R2R delivery. - Perform detailed reconciliation and closing of various accounts, including AP, AR, and intercompany transactions, to resolve discrepancies efficiently. - Assist in statutory and non-statutory Financial Statement preparation, ensuring IFRS 16 compliance and timely data upload to consolidation tools.
- 3+ years experience in managing accounting activities within a dynamic multinational environment, contributing to financial accuracy. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with a strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS guidelines for applicable accounting systems. - Possess strong data analytics skills, applying them to identify, research, and effectively resolve discrepancies in financial data.
