We're hiring an Accountant to join a dynamic and high-performing team, managing day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity and ensuring financial accuracy. This hands-on role significantly impacts financial reporting by recording, managing, and reconciling transactions, implicitly at our Italian office in an onsite capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers and reconciling balances to general ledger, ensuring timely financial reporting. - Perform comprehensive reconciliation and closing of various accounts including payable, receivable, inventory, and intercompany transactions, maintaining accurate financial records. - Execute IFRS 16 accounting, process bank transactions, reconcile statements, and manage asset accounting, guaranteeing compliance and data integrity.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a dynamic multinational environment, managing complex financial accounting tasks. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with experience in ERP systems and general ledger procedures for financial data processing. - Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies, coupled with a deep awareness of GAAP and IFRS guidelines for compliance.
