We're hiring an Accountant to meticulously manage all day-to-day accounting operations for our Italian entity, integrating seamlessly into a high-performing finance team. This hands-on role critically ensures financial accuracy and compliance, directly impacting the Italian entity's fiscal health and operational efficiency within an onsite environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support period-end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers and reconciling accounts to ensure accurate R2R delivery and timely reporting. - Perform detailed reconciliation of diverse accounts including payables, receivables, and intercompany transactions, resolving discrepancies to maintain ledger integrity and accuracy. - Assist in the preparation of statutory and non-statutory Financial Statements, ensuring strict adherence to IFRS 16 accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
- 3+ years experience in accounting operations within a dynamic multinational environment, managing end-to-end financial processes and reporting. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS guidelines and general ledger systems for accurate financial record-keeping. - Apply strong analytical skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies, effectively communicating findings in English to stakeholders.
