We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting team operations. This role creates impact by accurately recording transactions, managing P&L and Balance Sheet accounts, and reconciling balances. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers and recording journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Perform reconciliations for various accounts including AP, AR, inventory, and intercompany transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity. - Process bank transactions, reconcile statements, and manage asset accounting (additions/transfers), completing data uploads from ERP to consolidation tools efficiently.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a dynamic multinational environment, managing day-to-day accounting activities and financial record keeping. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and ERP data flow for efficient processing. - Strong data analytics skill set, identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
