We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity and be part of a dynamic, high-performing team. This hands-on role will make an impact by ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliation in Italy, with an onsite work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Support period-end close processes by performing cut-off procedures and recording sub-ledger journal entries to ensure accurate R2R delivery. - Perform reconciliation and closing of accounts like AP/AR, inventory, and intercompany transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly. - Assist in statutory/non-statutory Financial Statement preparation and IFRS 16 accounting to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
- 3+ years experience in accounting within a dynamic multinational environment, focusing on financial reporting and reconciliation processes. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and applicable accounting systems/procedures. - Strong data analytics skills are required to identify and research discrepancies, ensuring accurate financial data integrity.
