We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting for the Italian entity, ensuring financial operational excellence within a dynamic team. This hands-on role significantly impacts financial accuracy by recording transactions and reconciling accounts, contributing onsite to the Italian entity. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures, recording sub-ledger journal entries, and reconciling accounts for accurate financial reporting. - Perform reconciliation and closing of various accounts (AP, AR, inventory, intercompany), identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure data integrity. - Assist in statutory/non-statutory Financial Statement preparation, performing IFRS 16 accounting, and managing ERP data upload for consolidation tools.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a dynamic multinational environment, demonstrating expertise in managing complex financial operations. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with knowledge of accounts payable/general ledger systems and front-end/external feeder systems. - Strong data analytics skill set combined with an awareness of GAAP and IFRS guidelines for accurate financial reporting and compliance.
