We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity, ensuring smooth financial operations within our dynamic team. This hands-on role significantly impacts financial reporting by overseeing transactions and reconciliations in Italy, working onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures and recording sub-ledger journal entries to ensure accurate R2R delivery. - Perform reconciliation and closing of various accounts like AP, AR, and intercompany transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively. - Assist in statutory and non-statutory Financial Statement preparation and IFRS 16 accounting to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a dynamic multinational environment focusing on day-to-day accounting activities and financial reporting. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with experience in ERP and consolidation tools for financial data management. - Strong data analytics skills to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies in financial records effectively.
