We're hiring an Accountant to manage daily accounting for the Italian entity, ensuring robust financial operations and cross-functional alignment. This role creates impact by accurately recording accounting transactions, managing P&L and Balance Sheet, and performing period-end activities in Italy, working onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes, performing sub-ledger cut-off and journal entries, ensuring accurate R2R delivery and reconciliation to general ledger balances. - Perform reconciliation/closing for accounts payable, receivable, inventory, and intercompany transactions, resolving discrepancies to maintain financial record keeping. - Assist in statutory/non-statutory Financial Statement preparation and IFRS 16 accounting, completing ERP data upload to consolidation tools for legal entities.
- 3+ years experience in a dynamic multinational environment, managing day-to-day accounting activities and supporting financial operations effectively. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with experience in applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures for financial record keeping. - Strong data analytics skill set to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and reconciliations.
