We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity, ensuring financial accuracy and contributing to a high-performing finance team. This role creates significant financial impact by meticulously recording transactions and reconciling accounts, primarily in Italy with an onsite work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Support period-end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers and recording journal entries to ensure timely financial reporting. - Perform comprehensive reconciliation and closing of accounts including AP, AR, and intercompany transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity. - Assist in the preparation of statutory and non-statutory Financial Statements and IFRS 16 accounting, completing data uploads for consolidation tools to support regulatory compliance.
- 3+ years experience in dynamic multinational environments, applying accounting principles to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with awareness of GAAP and IFRS guidelines, utilizing general ledger systems for robust financial operations. - Demonstrate strong data analytics skills, proactively identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies to maintain high-quality financial data.
