We're hiring an Accountant to join a dynamic team managing day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity, ensuring smooth financial operations. This hands-on role involves recording transactions, managing accounts, and reconciling balances, significantly impacting the company's financial health and reporting accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers, recording entries, and reconciling balances to ensure accurate R2R delivery. - Perform detailed reconciliation and closing of various accounts including AP, AR, inventory, and intercompany transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively. - Assist in statutory and non-statutory Financial Statement preparation and perform IFRS 16 accounting to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
- 3+ years experience in a dynamic multinational environment focusing on general accounting or financial reporting. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with awareness of GAAP and IFRS guidelines and applicable AP/GL systems. - Strong data analytics skills to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies in financial records and reports.
