We're hiring an Accountant to manage daily accounting for our Italian entity, integrating within a dynamic, high-performing finance team. This hands-on role significantly impacts financial reporting and accuracy, managing detailed accounting transactions and ensuring compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Support period-end close processes by performing sub-ledger cut-off procedures and reconciling general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial statements. - Perform comprehensive reconciliation and closing of various accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, inventory, and intercompany transactions, ensuring data integrity. - Prepare statutory and non-statutory Financial Statements, perform IFRS 16 accounting, and manage bank transactions and asset accounting for the Italian entity.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a dynamic multinational environment in accounting or finance roles, handling complex financial transactions. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with awareness of GAAP and IFRS guidelines and experience in general ledger systems and procedures. - Strong analytical skills to identify, research, and resolve financial discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance in reporting.
