We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity, supporting a dynamic, high-performing team in financial operations. This hands-on role impacts financial accuracy by managing accounts and reconciling balances for the Italian entity. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes, ensuring R2R delivery by performing cut-off procedures and reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger accounts. - Perform detailed reconciliation and closing of accounts including AP, AR, inventory, and intercompany transactions, maintaining accurate financial record-keeping. - Assist in statutory/non-statutory Financial Statement preparation and IFRS 16 accounting, completing ERP data uploads to consolidation tools.
- 3+ years experience in a dynamic multinational environment, focusing on daily accounting activities and financial reporting. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with awareness of GAAP/IFRS guidelines and general ledger systems and procedures. - Strong data analytics skills for identifying and resolving discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and contributing to financial integrity.
