We're hiring an Accountant to manage daily accounting activities for the Italian entity, fitting within a dynamic, high-performing finance team. This role ensures accurate financial reporting and compliance for the Italian entity, creating impact by working onsite in Italy. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers and reconciling balances to ensure timely and accurate R2R delivery. - Reconcile various accounts, including AP, AR, inventory, and intercompany transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies for accurate financial record keeping. - Assist in statutory/non-statutory Financial Statement preparation and IFRS 16 accounting, completing period data uploads to the consolidation tool for compliance.
- 3+ years experience in accounting within a dynamic multinational environment, managing day-to-day financial operations. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with working knowledge of applicable AP/GL systems and financial record-keeping procedures. - Strong analytical skills applied to identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial data and reports with accuracy.
