We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting for the Italian entity, ensuring accurate financial operations and inter-team support. This hands-on role impacts financial accuracy by recording transactions, managing accounts, and reconciling balances effectively for the Italian entity. Key Responsibilities: - Perform period-end cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers, record journal entries, and reconcile to general ledger, ensuring timely and accurate R2R delivery. - Reconcile and close various accounts including payables, receivables, and intercompany transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies for precision. - Assist in statutory and non-statutory financial statement preparation, apply IFRS 16 accounting, and ensure compliant, accurate financial reporting.
- Demonstrate 3+ years of experience in multinational environments, managing day-to-day accounting activities for accurate financial operations. - Proficiently use MS Excel/Word, apply GAAP/IFRS guidelines, and navigate general ledger systems effectively for precise financial data management. - Apply strong analytical skills to identify, research, and resolve financial discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and reliable outcomes.
