We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting for the Italian entity, ensuring accurate financial operations and reporting within a dynamic team. This hands-on role creates impact by recording transactions, managing P&L and Balance Sheet accounts for JET's Italian entity, working onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close by performing sub-ledger cut-off procedures and reconciling them to the general ledger for accurate and timely financial reporting. - Perform reconciliation and closing of various accounts like AP, AR, inventory, and intercompany transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies for accuracy. - Assist in statutory and non-statutory Financial Statement preparation and perform IFRS 16 accounting, ensuring compliance and accurate data representation.
- 3+ years experience in a dynamic multinational environment, managing day-to-day accounting activities and contributing to financial operations. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with working knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and accounting procedures. - Possess strong data analytics skills to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records.
