We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity and contribute to a dynamic, high-performing team. This hands-on role ensures accurate financial reporting by managing transactions and reconciliations, contributing significantly to the Italian entity's financial health in an onsite capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Support month-end and year-end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers and reconciling accounts to ensure accurate financial statements. - Perform detailed reconciliation and closing of various accounts including AP, AR, and intercompany transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity. - Assist in the preparation of statutory and non-statutory Financial Statements, process bank transactions, and manage asset accounting to ensure compliance and financial accuracy.
- 3+ years of proven experience in accounting within a dynamic multinational environment, managing day-to-day financial operations. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with experience in applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures for financial data management. - Strong data analytics skills to identify, research, and resolve financial discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records.
