We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity, integrating seamlessly within a dynamic and high-performing finance team. This hands-on role significantly impacts financial accuracy by overseeing transaction recording and reconciliation, operating onsite in Italy. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely R2R delivery by performing period-end cut-off procedures and reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances to maintain financial integrity. - Reconcile various accounts including accounts payable, receivable, inventory, and intercompany transactions, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure data accuracy. - Execute IFRS 16 accounting, process bank transactions with reconciliation, and manage asset accounting entries to support accurate financial reporting.
- 3+ years of proven experience in accounting within a dynamic multinational environment, demonstrating strong financial management capabilities. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and ERP consolidation tools. - Strong data analytics skillset applied to identify, research, and resolve financial discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and integrity of records.
