We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity, integrating seamlessly within a dynamic and high-performing finance team. This hands-on role will ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation, impacting our global operations from an unspecified location in an onsite work mode. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure accurate period-end cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers and record operational transactions to maintain integrity of financial records and reporting. - Perform detailed reconciliation and closing of various accounts like AP, AR, and intercompany transactions to resolve discrepancies and ensure balance accuracy. - Support intercompany accounting and consolidation processes, assisting in statutory and non-statutory financial statement preparation for compliance and analysis.
- 3+ years of proven experience in accounting within a dynamic multinational environment, managing day-to-day financial operations. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, coupled with awareness of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures for efficient data handling. - Strong data analytics skillset to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and reconciliations.
