We're hiring an Accountant to join a dynamic, high-performing team managing daily accounting for the Italian entity, playing a hands-on role in financial operations. This role significantly impacts financial accuracy by recording transactions and reconciling accounts, supporting the Italian operations in an onsite capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Streamline monthly close procedures by performing detailed cut-off validations in sub-ledgers and reconciling general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Reconcile diverse financial accounts, including AP, AR, and intercompany transactions, leveraging ERP data to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data integrity. - Execute IFRS 16 accounting adjustments and manage ERP data uploads into consolidation tools, contributing to the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a dynamic multinational environment, managing general accounting activities and financial reporting. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with experience in ERP systems for data upload and consolidation processes. - Strong data analytics skills demonstrated through identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure accuracy in financial records.
