We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity and contribute to a dynamic and high-performing team. This hands-on role creates impact by ensuring accurate financial reporting, performing period-end activities, and resolving discrepancies within a multinational environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers and recording journal entries to ensure accurate R2R delivery. - Reconcile various accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, inventory, and intercompany transactions, to maintain precise financial record keeping. - Perform IFRS 16 accounting, complete period data uploads from ERP to consolidation tools, and process bank transactions for financial accuracy.
- 3+ years experience in accounting within a dynamic multinational environment, focusing on financial reporting and reconciliation tasks. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with knowledge of GAAP and IFRS guidelines and applicable accounting systems. - Strong data analytics skill set to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions effectively.
