We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting for the Italian entity, supporting a dynamic and high-performing finance team. This hands-on role creates financial impact by overseeing accounting transactions and reconciliations for the Italian entity, working onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Execute period-end closing procedures by performing sub-ledger cut-offs, recording journal entries, and reconciling sub-ledger balances to the general ledger to ensure R2R delivery. - Reconcile and close diverse accounts including accounts payable, receivables, inventory, and intercompany transactions, maintaining accurate financial records and postings. - Support intercompany accounting and consolidation processes, assist with statutory financial statement preparation, and perform IFRS 16 accounting for compliance.
- 3+ years experience in accounting within a dynamic multinational environment, demonstrating core responsibility at an advanced level. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with a strong grasp of GAAP and IFRS guidelines and applicable general ledger systems. - Possess strong analytical skills to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies, contributing to accurate financial data interpretation.
