We're hiring an Accountant to manage daily accounting activities for the Italian entity, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting various financial processes across the organization. This role creates impact by meticulously handling accounting transactions and reconciliations at the Italian entity, operating onsite in a dynamic team environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures, recording journal entries, and reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger for accurate financial reporting. - Perform reconciliation and closing of various accounts including payable, receivable, and intercompany transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively. - Process bank transactions, perform bank statement reconciliation, and manage asset accounting (additions, transfers) for comprehensive financial record maintenance.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a dynamic multinational environment focusing on day-to-day accounting activities and financial processes. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with experience in ERP systems and general ledger accounts payable procedures. - Strong data analytics skills to identify, research, and resolve financial discrepancies and support informed decision-making.
