We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting for the Italian entity, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance across various teams. This hands-on role significantly impacts financial reporting and operational efficiency, located in Italy and performed onsite within the company's dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting by performing period-end cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers and reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger accounts. - Manage complex reconciliations of various accounts, including AP, AR, inventory, and intercompany transactions, using ERP systems to resolve discrepancies. - Support the preparation of statutory and non-statutory financial statements, including IFRS 16 accounting and processing bank transactions, for precise financial oversight.
- 3+ years experience in a dynamic multinational finance environment, performing core accounting responsibilities like period-end close and reconciliations. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with strong data analytics skills and experience using applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems like ERPs. - Demonstrate strong quality and detail orientation in identifying and resolving discrepancies, ensuring accuracy in financial record keeping and reporting.
