We're hiring an Accountant to join our dynamic team, managing daily accounting for the Italian entity and ensuring precise financial operations. This hands-on role significantly impacts financial reporting by recording transactions, managing accounts, and reconciling balances, ensuring accuracy for the Italian entity. Key Responsibilities: - Execute R2R period-end cut-off procedures, record journal entries, and reconcile sub-ledger to general ledger accounts for financial accuracy. - Manage account reconciliations and closing for AP, AR, inventory, and intercompany transactions, maintaining financial records and resolving discrepancies. - Support Financial Statement preparation, perform IFRS 16 accounting, and upload ERP data to consolidation tools for comprehensive financial reporting.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a dynamic multinational accounting environment, focusing on general ledger management and financial operations. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with awareness of GAAP/IFRS guidelines and experience using accounts payable/general ledger systems. - Apply strong data analytics skills to identify, research, and resolve financial discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and reliability in financial reporting.
