We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity, ensuring financial accuracy and contributing to team success. This hands-on role significantly impacts financial reporting and compliance in our Italian operations, supporting period-end processes onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers, recording entries, and reconciling accounts to ensure accurate financial statements. - Perform reconciliation and closing of various accounts including payable, receivable, inventory, and intercompany transactions, maintaining precise financial record keeping for compliance. - Complete period data upload from ERP to the consolidation tool, process bank transactions, and perform asset accounting to ensure comprehensive financial data management.
- 3+ years of proven experience in a dynamic multinational environment, managing general ledger accounting and financial reporting responsibilities. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word, with experience in ERP systems and a strong understanding of data flow from front-end systems. - Strong data analytics skill set to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and reconciliations.
