We're hiring an Accountant to join a dynamic, high-performing team managing daily accounting activities for the Italian entity, ensuring accurate financial records. This hands-on role creates financial impact by managing accounts and period-end activities for the Italian entity, operating onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers, recording entries, and reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances to ensure accuracy. - Perform reconciliation and closing of various accounts including payable, receivable, inventory, intercompany transactions, and financial record keeping to resolve discrepancies promptly. - Support intercompany accounting and consolidation processes, assist in Financial Statement preparation, and perform IFRS 16 accounting to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- 3+ years experience in accounting within a dynamic multinational environment, managing day-to-day financial operations and reporting for entities. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with strong data analytics skills and awareness of GAAP/IFRS guidelines for accurate financial reporting.
