We're hiring an Accountant to join a dynamic team managing day-to-day accounting for the Italian entity, contributing to financial accuracy. This hands-on role significantly impacts financial operations by managing P&L and Balance Sheet accounts at our Italy location, requiring onsite presence. Key Responsibilities: - Streamline financial closing processes by performing period-end cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers, recording journal entries to ensure accurate R2R delivery. - Reconcile and close various accounts including payable, receivable, inventory, and intercompany transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain data integrity. - Contribute to the preparation of statutory and non-statutory financial statements, performing IFRS 16 accounting and managing data uploads to consolidation tools.
- 3+ years experience in a dynamic multinational environment, managing day-to-day accounting activities and financial reporting processes effectively. - Demonstrate proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word, applying knowledge of GAAP/IFRS guidelines and general ledger systems for accurate financial operations. - Apply strong analytical skills to identify, research, and resolve financial discrepancies, ensuring high data integrity and robust reporting outcomes.
