We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting various financial processes across the team. This hands-on role creates significant impact by maintaining financial integrity and supporting strategic decisions within the Italian operations, working onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures, recording sub-ledger entries, and reconciling accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Perform comprehensive reconciliation and closing of accounts, including AP, AR, inventory, and intercompany transactions, to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently. - Assist in the preparation of statutory and non-statutory Financial Statements, perform IFRS 16 accounting, and manage asset accounting for precise financial oversight.
- 3+ years experience in a dynamic multinational environment, demonstrating proficiency in managing complex accounting operations and financial reporting. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with awareness of GAAP and IFRS guidelines, and experience with applicable AP/GL systems and data flow. - Strong data analytics skill set to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all financial records and reconciliations.
