We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity, working as part of a dynamic and high-performing team. This hands-on role significantly impacts financial accuracy by recording/reporting transactions and managing accounts, operating in Italy. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers, recording entries, and reconciling balances to ensure accurate R2R delivery. - Perform reconciliation and closing of various accounts including AP, AR, inventory, and intercompany transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively. - Assist in statutory/non-statutory Financial Statement preparation and perform IFRS 16 accounting to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
- 3+ years experience in a dynamic multinational environment with core responsibility for day-to-day accounting activities and financial reporting. - Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with knowledge of GAAP/IFRS guidelines and general ledger systems/procedures. - Strong data analytics skill set applied to identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies in financial data.
