We're hiring an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities for the Italian entity and contribute to a dynamic and high-performing team. This hands-on role involves recording/reporting accounting transactions, managing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accounts, and performing period-end activities, making an impact across teams. Key Responsibilities: - Support period end close processes by performing cut-off procedures, recording sub-ledger entries, and reconciling balances to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Perform reconciliation and closing of various accounts like AP, AR, inventory, and intercompany transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies for financial accuracy. - Assist in statutory/non-statutory Financial Statement preparation and IFRS 16 accounting, completing period data uploads to consolidation tools efficiently.
- 3+ years experience in multinational accounting environments, focusing on day-to-day financial operations. - Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and relevant accounts payable/general ledger systems with strong technical knowledge in GAAP/IFRS guidelines. - Strong data analytics skills for identifying and resolving discrepancies and performing complex reconciliations.
