We're hiring an Accountant to manage daily accounting for the Italian entity, ensuring accurate financial operations across sub-ledgers and reporting. This role ensures financial integrity by managing P&L and Balance Sheet accounts for the Italian entity, driving compliance and accuracy onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Perform comprehensive period-end cut-off procedures in sub-ledgers and record journal entries to ensure accurate R2R delivery and timely financial reporting. - Reconcile critical accounts such as payables, receivables, and intercompany transactions, resolving discrepancies to maintain precise financial records. - Execute IFRS 16 accounting tasks and manage asset accounting processes to ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards.
- Accumulate 3+ years of experience in a multinational setting, applying accounting principles to complex financial operations and reporting. - Utilize MS Excel and MS Word proficiently, coupled with knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, to manage financial data and support general ledger systems. - Apply strong data analytics skills to identify trends and discrepancies in financial data, ensuring accuracy and informed decision-making.
